1. Begin a crew management mission or start a new ship design.
2. Select Ship Class -> New Mission or Project -> New Project respectively. At the same time, scroll the game screen using the keyboard or mouse.
3. The crew management mission selection screen or ship design selection screen, respectively, will appear, but the screen will continue to scroll for a second, causing the whole interface to be messed up.
