First, when constructing a ship, while trying to scroll through types of rooms it skips to the bottom a lot.

After I have placed a crew member on way-points, some times they won't stop them. I click on them and tell them to go somewhere else; they go there and then go back to the way-points.

Yes, this is a problem with the scrolling arrows. Left clicking on them causes a scroll rate that is far too fast. The working alternative is to use the mouse wheel. The mouse wheel for module browsing takes effect when the pointer is anywhere in the lower part of the screen.

Any blueprints for sale that you find in the technologies screen are, in fact, modules that are not fully implemented for version 0.1.6. They are not possible to unlock.

I'll look into the crew's refusal to cease patrolling.
