When the options menu is open, the mouse cannot interact with 'Construction' or 'Galaxy Map'.

But:
'Crew Management'
'Shipyard'
'Create New Business Profile'
'Tutorials'

can all be interacted with.

Only 'Tutorials' continues to provide the associated graphical effect on mouse over. Clicking on 'Gameplay' is dual selected with 'Crew Management', if it is located underneath.
