All decks must have a stairs or lift connection to another deck. However, decks are not required to be connected both upwards and downwards. This enables the player to create ships with isolated deck groups. E.g. A1, A2 and C1 linked by stairs. B1 and B2 linked by stairs. The design is considered valid, but access between the two deck groups is impossible. |

also the error is displayed if the deck isn't in use but all objectives are completed: Attachment: Starliner_deck5.jpg [ 47.18 KiB | Viewed 8665 times ] by the way: i think i have a door placement bug ( next to the galley): but i wish i could place doors that way. I don't think the unused deck not connected issue actually is a bug... It would be cool if we wouldn't have to place a lift to this useless deck, tough... On your second issue: I don't see any faulty door placement? |

sorry but the cursor don't mark the error. it's the sction below. the dubble door from the galley is set on the border of the corridor4 and the L-section. if that is ok then it doesn't work now. i tried to rebuild this deck for testing and now there is no way to place the door there. so i think it is a bug. maybe so kind of mad markers. i had some trys to get the design so nice and have build round about ten times differnt solutions... |

If the corridors are baked there should be no problem placing doors at the connections between different parts. At öeast I had none as far as I can remember. |

Anyone else think the position of the coolant hatch for the coolant unit b on your deck 4 is a little odd even though it's legit? XD I know the hatch is completely on the armor layer but it looks like it's only half exposed |

I have made the deck connection check "optional" now. it should be just a reminder, because there might be reasons you dont want decks to be connected - thats up to designer, not the computer. |

While I have the chance, I don't suppose I could inquire as to the purpose of T1 deck ratakari? I know the purpose of a deck itself but T1 is rather small and indefensible, the few ships I built that tried to use it often found it to be either inefficient for the cost or simply too small to fit anything of use so I'm curious to know what you intended it for. |

its purpose is to be a pain in the ass maybe I still change the yantai ersimax fuselage - I find myself always ignoring this deck as well. but expect different fuselages which sometimes have "difficult" layouts - thats part of the challenge |
