I know that contributors' images will be used for some crew members - but where are the voice assets going to come from? I assume the plan is to use voices from a stock library, or just those of acquaintances.

Have you considered sourcing it to the community?

Thats a great idea, I will definitely try that. Will also sound much more "real" that hiring "voice talents" :)
