Is it possible to get more support from kickstarter? I hear that their crowd-funding is generally more successful cause it reaches a larger audience...

Well, it has an "Indigogo", not really a Kickstarter.

But, with a little luck, It looks like Indigogo might reach Level 3 funding anyhow.

I'm quite sure you are mistaken there. Just look at all these Projects being located in Berlin: http://www.kickstarter.com/discover/cities/berlin-deu

Kickstarter can be used in any country but the payment service they use i.e. Amazon Payments requires you to be able to have access to someone with both a US citizenship and bank account. Ergo those Berlin Projects must have a US citizen working with them. Or they have not realised this is required and the payment will not be sent to them.

Yes, but a condition of posting a project on Kickstarter is a Bank account in the US. Opening a bank account in a country you're not actually in can be quite a difficult task.

As far as I know, Kickstarter recently expanded to UK as well.
