Starship Corporation

I'm really confused as to what the single player will be like. In an interview it was revealed that there would be 15 standard "missions" or contracts to play through. Which sounds a little dull. Same 15 missions over and over again? But the website talks about all this corporation intrigue, building up a trash spaceport in to a multibillion dollar corporation that thrives on manufactured wars and political and economic chess. You play the system while the system plays you. Your corporation against the rest of the universe. The outcome of which depends on how well you build your ships for as much profit as possible and how well you deal with the changing world and crisises that threaten your castle. Which sounds a lot more awesome.

So in more uncertain terms Ratakari, what in your best words will the single player be like?

I am interested too.

I would like to know if the game will be a sandbox game, with some mission to learn the universe and game mecanics, or just a serie of missions.

As far as I can tell it will be like the missions are currently because the campaign is not going to make its stretch goal of $26,000 with less than 2 days to go.

I am aware that I didn´t provide a lot of information for the single player campaign. I am sorry that I can´t provide any more details at the moment, but I will prepare a better presentation of the campaign in the near future.
