It seems to me that the jump in cooling requirements from the medium generator to the large generator is a bit excessive.
The Small generator puts out 150 Power, requiring 15 Cooling, at ratio of 10:1.
The Medium generator puts out 350 Power, requiring 35 Cooling, at a ratio of 10:1.
The Large generator puts out 500 Power, requiring 100 cooling, at a ratio of 5:1.

This makes the Large generator seem like a bad choice, unless you can't fit 2 mediums in.

while i think it makes sense for there to be tradeoffs between size of generators and thier output i do agree that the ratios between power output and cooling requirements should be equal, if anything the emergency generator should be the one with a worse ratio because it's only ment to be used in emergencies
