I had a ship that I'd designed to meet a "design a survey ship" contract and after designing it and giving it a few passes on a couple of the simulations, I tried to pawn it off onto the client and the game said, "Can't bid." What do you mean "can't bid?" What haven't I done? What's left to do? Why? The game wouldn't tell me what the reason was for being unable to send the design I'd made over to the contract so I could get paid. |
