In windowed mode, for example, on the main menu - sound effects are playing on mouseover, even when the game window is behind another window.

1. Load the game and change to windowed mode.
2. Go to the main menu.
3. Put a window in front of the game window (e.g. an Internet Explorer window).
4. Move the move around the screen.
5. Listen to the mouseover sounds that play when the mouse pointer is over the position of one of the game buttons.

This only affects the sounds. It isn't possible to click game buttons through another window.
