Starship Corporation

1. Load a ship class for use within Crew Management.
2. Ship Class -> Load Class.
3. Observe that the loading screen is offset to the top left of the screen.
4. Cancel the loading of a new ship class.
4. Ship Class -> Load Class.
5. Observe that the loading screen is now correctly occupying the screen space.

The bug occurs only on the first attempt to load a ship class when a ship class has already been loaded.
