 Post subject: Nice try - small shuttle

the only way to do it within the budget, was a small trick :D

-not operational in .18 because the em bridge does not count as full one
-leaks energy but can be handeld
-enough cooling
-full amor is within the budget but i didn't have enough time or was i stingy? ;)

note: tutorial ship has min crew of 11! 6 pilots for bridge, 4 techs for the engine room and one medic for live suport.
the only way to save crew is a fast crewmember able to to multible jobs and/or tasks.
the budget is an other point because, as the tutorial ship shows, min. budget for a full operational ship is about 4.500.000 c
