1. ceate ship
2. click on export
3. click on no
==> after export screen is closed you can not place rooms! (interface normal, room to be placed is red)
4. change deck
==> now you are alble to place rooms

=> then while the checking is done press fast office and yes

result you are in the office with check screen is open and can not been closed due to export failure (its no ship loaded as the errors are displayed: no bridge, ...)
