Post subject:  Compressed storage should have a downside

Hi,
I've been playing a while and now have most techs. With engines there is a tradeoff which means that you don't just automatically put a transgalactic in every shuttle, or even a fission forward.

This tradeoff is both space, and fuel usage (supplying the extra fuel for fission forward is hard).
There is also cost; the interstellar, and intergalactic cost more.

When it comes to storage, compressed storage comes with no downsides; it's smaller, cheaper, and more storage than everything else (except perhaps a small for water, if you want to save 1 width and store much less).

I propose that compressed water take more energy supply, compressed air take coolant, and all compressed storage cost more.
