There is already a room called a Power Switch room. The same idea would be cool for other cross feed operations. When the Cross Feed room is on the connected lines may feed into each other (as usual), but when powered down the lines are not considered connected at the room connector point. In theory we could cross feed coolant, fuel, water and even air. At the moment I think only coolant is useful for cross feed (disconnect the engine room coolant to boil those pesky aliens). My suggestion at this point is a coolant switch room (even though a more general cross feed room would be cool too). |
