Post subject:  Variable Efficiency Loss Rate

1. At the moment, (0.1.6), room efficiency is lost at exactly the same rate for any room. E.g. The Bridge and Engine Room both lose efficiency at exactly the same rate. Perhaps rooms should have different rates of efficiency loss, according to how prone they are to failure or how critical they are to the ship?

2. If a room is missing crew members, at the moment, the room loses efficiency at full rate - regardless of how many missing crew members there are. E.g. 5/6 crew on a bridge vs 1/6 crew on a bridge - the efficiency loss is at the same rate for both. If a room is missing a proportion of its required maintenance crew, I suggest that the efficiency should decline at a reduced rate. E.g. 50% reduction in efficiency loss rate with 3/6 bridge crew. Or 50% reduction in efficiency loss rate with 1/2 technicians in a medium power plant room. The technician cannot reset the maintenance timer, but he can help to slow the rate of efficiency loss while another technician turns up to help.

I agree 100% on both points.
