Is there going to be any crew moral or similar effects?

Would be really cool to visit planets suitable for shore leave where your crew can get a boost to their moral and perform better or worse depending on the moral level.

Long trips without shore leave can cause your crew to suffer negatively. Can also add a room as a recreation center to keep moral at a baseline. Moral is a major aspect of any group of people or aliens for that matter working together for long periods away from their home.

There will definitely be crew moral, but I don´t know how complex it will be. Shore leave is an excellent idea!

o wow now if there is shore leave i can say . "hey that one was my idea."

Don't forget, it's "morale" not "moral".

Well, if you are talking about sailors (space ship crew) it just be moral and morale.
