When i try to upload my exported plans it says its over the data limit can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong i upload it straight from the game directory

You only can upload files smaller than 256 KB. Standard exported plans have a size of 1.8 MB, so you have to open them in a image editing program (even MS Paint will do) and save them in a other format (jpg should do) and/or reduce the the resolution of the picture.
