Post subject:  Bug with galaxy map and yes/no prompts

When I get to either of the title mentioned situations, the game slows to a crawl. I have to wait 10+ seconds for my mouse pointer to update its position. After I get past either my mouse continues to update slowly, progressively getting worse. after I get past the galaxy map it might be a fraction of a second, each successive yes/no prompt adds a second or more between position updates. The more time spent at the map or with each prompt open, the longer it seems to add to each lag.

I'd be happy to provide whatever further information is requested.

Thanks! I would love it if you could provide us with your system specs, and maybe also a screenshot of the performance tab of your task manager while the problem is occuring.
