e.g. if you put a small cargo bay on the top deck of the Arac fuselage, such that the one bay spans the entire width.

If you put a cargo bay door on one side, it still shows an error that the other side doesn't also have one.

While it probably shouldn't be a problem, I'm fine with that behavior. From a realism standpoint it lets you load the cargo in from both sides.
