I added a new mechanic, where you can select small targets like asteroids, boarding vessels or mines to be targeted by your cannons.
The Icon also indicates, if the selected target is within the field of fire or not.

This keeps looking better and better!! Keep it up and do NOT rush a broken update just because people are impatient, I would rather have a nice update with minimal bugs than one full of holes.

This is wonderful! I was just considering suggesting a sort of target priority list for weapons but this handles that mechanic nicely
